The hotel smelled wonderful and was clean and inviting. The receptionist was very nice and informative. The location was also great! Right off the highway and near stores and restaurants.

The bathroom was spotless, the shower & sink drains worked great,the water pressure was wonderful. The beds were comfy. Restful night, no noise. Staff was friendly, helpful and very pleasant.,Breakfast was substantial, eggs,sausage,great coffee, fruit,breads,cereals, waffle machine and juice.

Didn't have breakfast but loved the idea of sitting in the little bar area and having a glass or wine or a beer! Not too many hotels in Iowa towns have those! Also the hot water for tea (or coffee) by the entrance was a welcome sight.

Great front desk associate the evening we arrived (Feb16th). Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. Quality bathroom products. The free breakfast was great with some fun choices (sausage wrapped in a pancake, and breakfast tacos, and little Denver omelets) plus all of the usual items (waffles, sausage, eggs, hash browns, cereal, bagels, English muffins, fruit, and granola bars.) We would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet. Inexpensive. Smelt clean and fresh. We did go during the week, so my son had the pool and hot tub to himself. (He absolutely loved it!) I wouldn't change a thing. The breakfast smelt amazing, but we couldn't eat. My son had to have dental surgery, and I didn't want to eat in front of him.

Really clean property in a great location. Comfy and clean rooms. Loved the Roku tv so we could use Netflix or Amazon! Pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean, breakfast was decent! For the price would absolutely stay again. Zero issues with checking in or out.

Quiet, clean, great staff. Bathroom was clean and bright with towels in good condition. Carpet was clean with no room mustiness. Breakfast was diabetic friendly and fresh.
